If you would like to include all the three features together, then all you need to do is to fill in all those text boxes accordingly. Please read these articles

1) Image Feature
2) Selection Box Feature
3) Sidebar Video Feature

to understand how to use them. If you just want to show the video with no selection box, sidebar and image, then all you need is to input the video’s url, width, height and the video position accordingly into the below boxes and leave the rest of the boxes blank
